1. From foot to toe
Foot massage: Use one hand to hold the ankle raised, one hand to rotate the foot several times clockwise, then counterclockwise, then gently stroke from the ankle to the tips of the toes.

Fingers: Hold baby’s finger gently between thumb and index finger and pull from the inside out
3. Massage for children chest, abdomen and back
Breast massage: Place your hands in a V shape on the baby’s chest and then rub your fingers on the baby’s chest
Tummy massage: Place one hand across the child’s chest, gently stroking from the chest down to the abdomen.
Back rub: With the baby lying on their stomach, use your fingertips to rub small circles along the sides of the spine from the neck to the back.
