Mình nhắn tin chỉ để hỏi thêm về gói massage 90 phút gồm những bước nào và massage vùng nào, vì nhiều spa khác thường ghi rất rõ quy trình dịch vụ. Tuy nhiên nhân viên lại trả lời kiểu thái độ và hỏi ngược “anh có biết về massage body không ạ?”. Là khách hàng đang tham khảo dịch vụ trước khi đặt lịch, mình thấy cách trả lời như vậy khá thiếu chuyên nghiệp và không tôn trọng khách. Mình không đánh giá chất lượng massage vì chưa sử dụng, nhưng riêng trải nghiệm tư vấn thì thật sự không thoải mái. Hy vọng spa cải thiện cách giao tiếp với khách hàng hơn. - - - I was simply asking what the 90-minute massage package included and which body areas would be treated, since many spas clearly explain their service steps. Instead of answering properly, the staff responded with an attitude and asked me, “Do you even know what body massage is?” As a potential customer who was only trying to understand the service before booking, I found this very unprofessional and disrespectful. I cannot comment on the massage quality because I never used the service, but the consultation experience alone was uncomfortable enough. I hope the spa improves the way they communicate with customers.
