Soak 1-2 times a day. Soaking before going to bed will help you sleep well.
To ensure safety, after soaking your feet, people need to quickly dry their feet and warm them in a blanket to avoid cold. Do not soak feet in cases such as acute inflammation and acute injuries, infected wounds, open wounds; arterial or venous occlusion in patients with diabetes; malignant tumors, advanced tuberculosis; drunk people… Be careful with cases like children, mental patients…
